MSR simmer light issue

Ok so I have been using my simmer light for 3 or 4 years now and it's just developed a problem. One primed, heated and going it won't maintain a hot flame. It slowly cools off flickers yellow flame the goes out all together.


Stove was just disassembled and cleaned. Pump inspected and O-rings looked at (look perfect). When pumped the bottle is pressurizing and holding it.


Just curious if anybody has had this issue and what you did about it?

What r you using for fuel?

Have you tried a service kit. I had problems with my Whisperlite Internationaland with all new orings it worked way more efficent/better. For $18 its worth the try.
