OK ....Elk hunting could get really exciting, especially when you have a big
bull come screaming in.

Should i bring some toilet paper and a new pair of underware with me when
i go for elk ? since im new to elk hunting just to be on the safe side.

Having a 6 point bull elk screaming at you from 30 yards away definitely is the most exciting thing I have ever experienced. Never got a shot off, because of a tree in the way. Took a couple of hours for the shakes to go away.

on the positive note , have heard the bulls buggeling and thought that if could get close maybe a nice black tail with them.( 0n the island).Got through the timber and there was a heard of 20 within 60yds,stood there for 10 min and decide to try to get closer and they saw me and went single file into the timbre. Was the most impressed iv"e ever felt with the beautty of the wildlife on VI.

Having every hair on your arms and back of your neck stand straight up when a bull was screamin at ya at 75 yards is more realistic then dropping a coiler in your drawers. Greatest sound in all of mother nature.

The most exciting part is when you hear it coming but can't see it. Then you see it's big head poking out and realize it's a grizz and not an elk, that's where the a$$ wipe comes in.
