Fall goat in 4-38b help

So i went to check this area out and look for spring bears before even entering for the tag and im more or less wondering where you would start. I was up and down a road that u can only use motor vehicles for about the first 15k and you can glass alot of the drainages and chutes from there but is this area going to have alot of snow come october or would my best chances be in september? By the way the road is right off the inlet about half way through the zone. Anyways any info on the area will help since ive never hunted goats before.

You can take a mountain bike down the road, pretty easy riding down the road. Also if you want to see the bigger billies come low go first week in Nov. with snow shoes they come down pretty low.
