Last weekend i went out with my old man looking for a ball dragger of a bull moose. Late season LEH. We allready got a moose this fall so we wanted to hold out for a big bull. We turned town 10 bulls in 2 days and only saw one that he would have loved to have shot, but private property. I figure he would have been 50 - 55" spread. Good bull for around here. Anyways, here are some pics of the animals that were on the roads. The snow is really really deep and it just keeps coming. Enjoy

It looks like it could be a pretty harsh winter for those critters unless you get a big melt and soon:frown:.

Hey, hang on a minute! Let's address this issue at hand. That looks like a decent deer. What was his story?

How about the fact that he was standing on the side of a paved public road LOL:lol:

Thanks Beeker, but did anyone else see the deer in the tree next to the spike. I missed it, my 10 year old son saw it and gave me the gears for missing it!!! DAMN kids these days!!!

O.K I'll take both of them with me and they can just point me in the right direction and tell me when to pull the trigger.

Good job on spotting the deer in the back but nope not a buck at all. its just its ears. The paved road is actually legal to hunt off of. its weird. i dont know why. And the moose every 100yrds or so it would pick up another moose. it was pretty funny. They arent as gallant as a deer running thats for sure. nothing gracefull about it. There ended up being 17 moose on the road.
