Nice day to be sure, even better to share it with your mom! I did that hike back in 1976, the trail looks a lot more defined now than I remember. Did you climb to the top?

What app are you using for hiking

I'm using the endomondo app, free app. There is camping at the lakes, truly an amazing areaWe didn't hike to the top of the tusk, too much hands on.. My mom has issues with her one shoulder due to surgery for cancer she had..

Done that during the winter with my 225 hp sled, once done we found out it supposed to be out of bounds!! Oops :-)
