3-16 C goat?

My lucky buddy drew a 3-16 C goat LEH permit.

I've been up there before and have always only ever seen nannies and kids.


If you have a hint on how to find a billy in 3-16 C He'd sure appreciate it.

I have seen the billies down lower, early in the fall (Sept1) on small rock out croppings surounded by bush. They were all by themselves. This was over one area around texas creek and siwie creek. On Styome Mnt. the billies were in the same place (lower down on out croppings) and bush all around above and below. Again all singles. I've also seen them laying down, in very small slides lower down the hill sides from nannie/kid groups,surounded by low bush.
