Manfrotto 190 or 290 are very good tripods

K&K pistol grip head. Reasonable price and big enough for a large spotter. There are some better ones out there though.

Swaro HD sits atop a Slik CF13, with Jim White machined aluminum head. Top notch stuff but the tripod is no longer in production.

Vortex Summit SS, used it tonight at full standing height and worked well. Usually use it sitting down collapsed and its awesome. $170 and 1.8lbs/14" folded

Google Velbon tripods. Largest manufacture of tripods. I have the Sherpa 200 model. Well built and easy to use..
Promaster 525T carbon fibre with promaster 6160 head here is a review.I would add one of the legs unscrews and can be used as a monopod. Also the the center pole can be detached to make it lighter.I got it off Ebay for a lot less than retail.
