Seymour Golf Course Monster Blacktail Bucks!

Played golf today at Seymour golf course in North Vancouver which is open to the public Mondays and Fridays. Noticed some huge deer tracks through a bunker on the 6th or 7th hole and sure enough coming down the 14th I spot two very large Blacktail bucks walking behind the green. They both had good sized racks (looked at least 4 pointers) in full velvet and both appeared to be in very good shape and well fed. My golfing buddy isn't a hunter so didn't fit appreciate the moment like I did but man was it cool to see such big looking Blacktail bucks up so close. Couldn't get a picture sorry!

Hey there are good deer all over the place basscanada not just in WL. I rember hunting BT when I lived at the coast years ago. Crap country to hunt, always wet and they were always smaller deer. Now interior 4 pt or better muley hunting I like.
