4-23 cow elk draw for oct 1 to oct 10 info needed

So my brother managed to get his first leh this year and was wondering if anyone could help with info. I see a portion of it is bow only but he doesn't hunt with one. I was thinking he may be able to just float the elk river but have no idea what it is like.

Any info would be much appreciated........

well out of our group of 6 we have 5 tags to fill as well in that area yes there is alot of bow only but its not a bad area to hunt once u know where to go
