I have gone with Rolie Rose a couple times (Sooke salmon charters). He's brother to one of my hunting partners.

He is over on sporfishingbc forum and is one of the top guys out of Sooke. There are a couple other guys on the forum that run out of the Victoria who run very good businesses but I am not positive as to where each runs out of.

This is another one of the guys over there who is also a good choice from all I have heard.

Most Sooke charters are very good have not heard anything bad about any of them ,my old stomping grounds Secretary island south side on the reef 25 fathom is where they are..

when? My dad might take you guys out, hes a great guy, always looking for an excuse to go fishing, his biggest problem is lack of peeps to go with usually. PM me if thats something you might be interested in, I can call him and ask. Hes always inviting forigners he meets fishing on the river to stay with them or for dinner, hes just that kinda guy. Hes retired so hes got lots of free time.
