Hi,
My buddy got that as a group draw from Sept. 10-30. We are thinking of hunting it along with my draw for 5-15c as they are quite close. Are you looking for help with the area or offering help? Sorry, I couldn't tell which it was.

hmmm you should have hunted that area 20 years ago before 10,000 logging trucks got through with hauling the forest away..lol STILL some hot 'spots" in there that harbour moose from the vast logged expanses..ya still some honey holes..

Steven your right, some of the biggest slashes I have ever seen, there are some swamp donkeys there!!! Did not see many deer.

deer do not frequent the slashes.."swamp bucks" never ever even see people back where they live..1/2 way between the rds..no quads..just hike..

BIG BUCKS TOO..300 pounds..some big racks..

yup, got the draw for moose in november 1st to 15th. any tips would be more than wecome. we hunted just south of quesnel lake in the past for deer and we saw lots of cows, but wheres the bulls an how do i get one in my freezer?

hmmm particularly hit hard by wolves in soem areas..but some good bulls still there

cariboo is :easy for moose..early be high in the mountains..or along small lakes where there is QUIET AND WATER = 5-10 DEGREES COOLER. MIDDLE SEASON sit still AND CALL AND CALL AND CALL..LATE SEASON SPOT AND STOCK WILLOW RED WILLLOW = QUICKEN..

LATE SEASON GLASSE AROUND THE FOOD..THE BULLS WONT BE FARIN THE FIR THICKETS OH YA PRAY..IT CAN BE DIFFICULT

Camp at moffat lake , as i said great spot ,..outhouse and decent fishing!!! with a bottle of red!!! We hunted every road 10k before and after moffat off the main. Saw them hiking and driving. That was the November draw. Someone that was there a week before us claimed to see many more mooses. I think it was the 2500 or 2600 rd was good!! Its been a few years ..SRUPP ,WILL know more a i live in the city(cidiot).
