pre planning my fall trip

so i cant make up my mind for my oct trip since i didnt get my LEH, i have two places in mind region 8-6/8-8 chain lake area or region 3-18/3-19 tunkwa lake area. i know both places have high hunting presure and i'm kinda ok with that,i'm mostly looking for input about what place would be better for spike fork moose/mule deer and white tail deer,and what would the changes be for see any elk in 8-6/8-8?
