I did a search on here to see if I could find anything about where the usual spots are for salmon fishing around CR but I didn't find any useful information. I'm heading down that way last week in July to do some fishing and visiting people. I've never fished down there before. I'm just wondering what are the usual spots to try at? Not looking for any specific spots just a general area. Also do you guys know if the prawn fishing and Crabbing is good at that time and where? Be great to know. If you need any info for fishing up here let me know and I can help you out no problem. Thanks guys.

"The Hump" is off the south tip of Quadra. Always good fishing and you will see the other boats. Depending on the fish another spot is north of town just north of Browns Bay sometimes referred to as Deep Sea or Greensea. Just follow the guide boats if you are unsure;)

Crabbing and prawning I don't have as much experience with.
