Any experience with this stuff? Looking to update my camo clothing (outerwear). Like the ASAT camo or the camo pattern offered by KUIU.

How has the First Lite gear stood up to wear and tear? Any input appreciated.

First Lite is good stuff. Here is a review I did several months ago.

Vantage Point Outfitters an HBC sponsor is a great guy to buy it from.

The only downside is Merino is actually quite heavy if you are into backpacking.

I recommend First Lite for base layering, but I wouldn't recommend their Kanab pants. They're a real awkward fit. Very little stretch to them, particularly if they get wet. And the Camas work shirt didn't fit very well either. I switched strictly to Kuiu for inner/ mid and outer layer. It's the best of the best in my opinion.

Thanks Shaydog65...problem is that Kuiu doesn't make my size. I'm a tad 'portly', aka 'stout', aka 'stocky' aka 'beefy'. Need a XXXL with the athletic cuts of cloth. Normally XXL works for me but Kuiu is too trim a fit.
