Got a transfer to tumbler ridge

Looking for suggestion on what areas to explore and what to expect for game numbers.

The area is yours to expore, I have never hunted or fished close to Tumbler but have gone through the are several times, looks kike a great place if you are into the outdoors, murry river should give you some adventure. Have fun checking out your new play pen.

I was looking at a guiding area there the other day, and it looks like great country!!!

Ya I have been google earthing the hell out of it. With a 14/14 shift I should be able to explore lots of the country.

There is awesome goat hunting if you get drawn for LEH, south grizzly has monster moose (biggest bull i have ever seen). Elk on the Murray and Wolverine Rivers. great sledding too.

Good number of elk, good number of moose, plenty of deer, tons of wolves. Enjoy it.

Pay attention to the rain, roads get VERY slick in a hurry. Be prepared to spend the night in the truck. Had to do it at Puggins before.
Great hunting opportunities around that part of BC.
