Get a old tom cat to spray you, this smell is irresistable to the cats, make sure that he sprays you really good though and go walk around the deer trails!

there are a few of us that have Big Game Hounds. It is a huge undertaking and takes a great deal of dedication to raising ,careing and training them . Not sure how much you wish to invest in this endeaver but if you would like some more info let me know.

I've been training my wolfhound cross to track game. He has a great nose and unbelievable sight. I let him find this whitetail after it was down...he pulled me right to it!

Yes fisher dude and barracuda are on the only track, you will have to invest in a bunch of hounds, it will take alot of time to train etc but the final results are better than the tom cat method!LOL Unless your into that odour! I actually know of a person that has ties to a hound, let me know if interested.

Hey mntman, I know a guy that has a good hound dog, he's trying to get rid of it as he's moving into a condo, its 18 years old but still strong, eyesight starting to go and has bowel problems but other than that hes a good dog to start with!8)

Was talking to some guy that goes out cat hunting, he mentioned the same things that everyone else has mentioned, you can hike for them just be tough, but compared to some of the past hunts, its no different, just walking for another type of game, but don't be disappointed, its a far cry from getting one this way.
But he did mention the old tom cat method, works like a hot damn!
