Finally sold the Polaris and made the switch to a new Grizzly 700. This thing is amazing, power steering is unreal... wish I would have made the switch earlier. Need to order up a gunboot and rear storage box. what are you guys using??

PS not what you were expecting huh lol

If it was like the one I owned, it broke down so much the question should be what isn't wrong!!

The answer of a man who thinks there is a possibility the person he sold it to may read this thread.

Good choice !
5 years and 8,000kms now on one now and zero issues so far aside from replacing fluids and an ignition switch...

They are all good machines until they end up in the shop. I've had my Polaris for 4 years and have over 5000 km on it with no problems.

this is true... my polaris was a bit of a lemon, so it turned me off of them... my dad has had his polaris for 14 years, no problems except a blown belt! the new grizzly's are amazing machines though, it's just flat out fun and easy to ride

My group bought 5 new 700's a few years ago..one had a stator issue .. The rest seem to be ok so far.. I find the engine noise seems a little loud...( rattle) at certain speeds...

I have the same machine in a 550 (Uncle in Oregon bought it for me). Really like the performance, but man it chews through fuel compared to my old Honda 400 (hated the Honda though).

Strangely I've never seemed to need the front diff lock. I do appreciate the extra ground clearance - seems like more and more people don't know how to drive and are chewing up trails, almost need to re-tire not for the traction but for the height/clearance.

Being as quads are on FSR most of the time, wouldn't grey be a better color for blending into your surroundings?

Camo quad..... You guys are somethin' else...

I have had 3 grizzly's one 600 and two 660's and put 15,000 kms on the first two with no issues EVER and this one I have now is racking up the mileage just fine. Yamaha has become a great machine. I was never fussy about them until the Grizz came out and been a fan ever since.

And when it comes to Why camo ? Cause they park and hide in the bush when you hunt better than red, blue, orange or Yellow. Mine are green and tuck away nicely in the alders

Nice looking Grizz, I like the camo too! You can put H4 auto bulbs in place of the 35/35 watt stockers,
and get 55/60 low beam/high beam. Just don't run the lights on all day ride when it's sunny and hot.
The EPS makes riding through rough stuff a breeze, and can save your life if you hit a large rock with one
wheel only, unlike regular steering the bars won't try to wrench out of your hands. Good buy! :-)
