electric caller allowed for bear?

I read the regs and i m not sure about it.
Can you use and electric call for bear or not.:confused:

I am of the understanding you can only use them for varmints like coyotes but I could be wrong. Predator calling for bears is really hit or miss, more miss IMO, anyways. Some call easily and others could care less about the sounds. I've tried it on a couple of dozen bears and only managed to call in 3 or 4.
