I would guess you may have seen this up the Jamieson in the Kamloops area? I believe BCT was the name of a small active underground mine up in that area.
It is pretty remote and there is no address, so signs pointed people in the right direction.

Sometimes you see similar signs in the strangest places when the movie crews are doing a shoot. I once followed a series of signs up to a small lake up the east side of Mission. When I got to my little spot, it was full of movie trailers and people everywhere!

That sign is for sighting in rifles which may have been knocked or dropped in the bush while hunting.

Yea Keith, It was up Jamieson, on the Wentworth road. Seen them tons of times before and always wondered what they stood for and where they went. May have to actually try following them one day...
