went to 100 mile for long weekend figure do some bear hunting. Seen one friday night but gone in a shot.Spot one Saturday morning and able to stalk and connect from 75yrd with my savage270 win and 130 Barnes Vor TX did the job double lung and a bit of heart. Still ran 50 yards into bush

I couldn't get pic in bush as camera died and phone wouldn't save photo it was 5'2" nose to tail

Yah i took the pic with feet up like that. But i kinda screwed up skinning it. I cut up the front of the legs so the next one i get will be my rug. One of my friends wants the hide so nothing goes to waste. Or I could get it fixed i know but i will wait. And notice how I said next one yes I'm addicted not to just bear but all game.
