Bear hunting around Kentucky lake

I'm bringing the family up to Kentucky lake for the long weekend does anyone know of some logging roads we could go for a drive on and mabey run into some bears. Anywhere that's not crawling with drunk quaders preferably mabey some places to take a nice hike with some views. Hope everyone has a safe good one.

There are a lot of backroads in the area and you could find bears on just about any of them. But this is the start of the "YAHOO Season" as well, so drive careful or get out and hike the cuts and or the bush. Good luck!

i cant remember what road it was.... but i shot a nice light brown one up there a couple years ago!.... it wasnt more that a 15min quad ride from the lake!

Take the bluey lake road(right before kentucky lake) there are a number of deactivated roads going up to the right into old logging. Great spot for bear and a hike.
