I'm on holidays until the 27th:) (I save them up) I'm going hunting!!!! I'll be in Princeton on Thursday, the QCI next Thursday and finish it off in Clearwater. I'm hoping to get a good one in Princeton or Clearwater:)
The QCI is just a FUN hunt. We did well there 2 years ago. I'll post some pictures (I hope) when I get back.

Let us know how you make out on the QCI and how much it cost you for the ferry ride and such. If it wasn`t going to cost an arm and a leg I`d consider going.

The ferry ride is 150 each way. Gas up and back 600 or so. Food less than 100. We're thinking about 550 each.

the limit is 5 per visit with a total possesion limit at home of 15 deer! yes that`s right 15. I think they might be of the sitka blacktails not the columbians. But I`ve been known to be wrong before.

Marc is right. 5 per visit 15 for the season. They're Sitka Blacktails

I've been to the QCI several times, once for a month of kayaking, and the rest for fishing trips. What a beauiful place, although it rains too much for me to live there8-)

Always wantd to do a fun QCI deer hunt, sounds great. I may have to work it into the schedule sometime soon.:)

I've hunted QCI in February; it was a blast. I do not know if there is a season right now, but bring a crab trap for lunch.

Yah I've heard the combo fishing and hunting is an awesome trip but you know like Gatehouse says" if you think you can't have a good season with your artillery with full knowledge that a BOWONLY season is just around the corner then you know you just might not have too much fun at all."
