$90 tag ... Youch! ... Now I gotta go find one ... Heading out May long weekend ... any info on current snow levels and road conditions would be appreciated on the following FSR ... up to 1500m:

Redsands H
Hellroar
Bone Creek
Gum Creek

Haven't been this way in a long time ... so any tips would be appreciated .

Also pick-up some 180gr V-shock for 30.06 ... Your thoughts?

Still snow right in the town of Blue River. If a heat spell don't come soon, you'll be stuck to hunting the Valley bottom.

Had that draw last year. We went the last week of May and the access was still tough, deep snow than no snow. It was hard on the sleds for sure.. I would bring snowshoes and good rain gear. There are big bears there but, they aren't easy to find. Best of luck!

Just bit the bullet on a tag myself, the non-res Im guiding in 2 weeks has to pay 1070.00, so I cant complain to him

Thanks Westslope ... snowshoes I don't have but I will be looking for some now ... we'll be on foot most of the hunt ...
