Why that would be a Duck Hot Dog!

And this would be the same Duck Hot Dog all dressed...

Made a batch of Duck Dogs over the last two days following Hank Shaw's recipe (http://honest-food.net/2012/02/05/wild-duck-hot-dogs/), except I used pork fat and left the skin pieces out (didn't have any). They turned out fantastic! Only downside is the recipe only turns out 15-18 dogs...

It will definitely be on the regular rotation in our house!

Very best,

Ian

Thanks FG, that's got me motivated to make some dogs using other game meat.
