Hey HBC,

well went out for a little boot scoot this morning to see if i could spot my first bear of this spring, and continue the count on how many ill have to spot before i find a 20inch skull shooter, im at 6 right now and all 6 were passed up in the 2011 season biggest one passed was close to 6feet nose to tail but head wasnt big enough, and today i didnt see anything no bears or sign,

but while i was out puttin around i was able to get some pics of the deer that i seen 2 of which have nubs starting!!, but was not able to get a clear shot of the moose i seen as he was in the thick stuff before i ould get my camera,

i was out checking my tcams last night.... didnt see any bear sign but i also came across a few bucks with nubs!............ then i checked my tcam and i had a heard of elk on it from the past 2 days!!!........... at least 15 elk a few had 2 inch nubs... but it was funny because in one pic theres a spiker that still has bone and a bull beside him with nubs!!

Nice pics, Matt420. I posted a pic of a whitetail with nubs a couple weeks ago. Keep the photos and stories coming. It's what HBC is about. The bears should be showing in numbers over the next couple weeks with all the snow melting and higher temperatures in the forecast.
