just spent the day with my eight year old step daughter hunting gophers on my friends ranch. was a gorgeous day filled full of laughs and excitement. she never shot bow before so i picked her up a bear archery kid recurve and she instantly fell in love with it. she'd shoot at a gopher, sprint to the arrows and shoot again. spent four hours doing this non stop. she didn't even want to stop for lunch. pretty sure we have a new fan of archery and i have another life long hunting partner. :-D such a great day...
