bears/snow level around hope

I took the day off tomorrow to go look for a bear,I was wondering if anyone has been up any roads around hope in the last week or so,I was up a little while back and was stopped by snow pretty quick,also has anyone seen anything up around there yet?thanks.

Seen a sow with two cubs in Mission, Hatzic Lake area, on a secluded pasture.

I was up around boston bar on sat. The snow's come off quite a bit since two weeks ago when I was up but I still saw no sign, even in the lower areas where it's nicely greened up.

Drove up to the OK and back this weekend. Stayed on the hwy but from what I could see once you gain even a bit of elevation there is still lots of snow in the trees.
Definitely starting to come off nicely though....

Was up Squeah Lake FSR last Thursday. No snow on the main road all the way to the lake. No sign of bears.

Just a reminder for those heading up into the back country around Hope....it has been very warm the last couple of days, and they expect some warm rain, so watch you don't get caught on the wrong side of a washout.
