Green lake black bears

Heading up may 4-6. New to the area. Anybody have snow report.
Should we hunt close by or travel to other areas.

Any advice is much appreciated .

I know a spot up past Likely where we saw 15 bears over a 40km drive . This was in early June tho. Probably snowed in when we head up.

I have taken a couple out of green lake area however I have never seen any back there that really blew me away size wise. I was there 2 weeks ago and the snow was gone around the lake but will no doubt be some back in the bush. Its been warm though and by early may you should be pretty much clear to go anywhere around there.
