Takes a mighty fine fly fisher to make a freshwater clam take a bite. Never seen this before - a total fluke or did this thing actually clamp down on the fly? I asked it but it wouldnt say (just clammed up I guess).

in my early 20's I had some pretty big clams chomping at my fly.

I almost expected it from the Prawn.
I thought that clam was sporting a thin little landing strip till I realized it was just the fly.
