100 Mile House Core/Pal

I got a buddy moving up to 100 mile house at the end of the month and hes wanting to get his core and pal.. does anyone know of an examiners or courses in the areas he can get ahold of?

Vince Forsberg lives at Sheraton Lake which is not to far from 100 Mile House and is a real good instructor, his number is 250-593-4004.
