Went out to the Chilliwack area last Monday and got myself a spike.
It was my first time out in that area and was surprised to see a deer and the first one I seen was a buck. Now I am going to focus on getting a bigger one towards the end of the season. Also does anyone know if you are allowed to hunt in Chilliwack Provincial Park when i came to the sign it said no camping,ATV, no fires but did not mention anything about no hunting and I had my regs with me and the way I read it you can huntin there.

Well done, those lowermainland blacktails are not eazy to get! I think that chiliwack lake park is opean to hunting but make sure you know were that eco reserve is.

When I was in there I ran into the eco reserve thanks for the heads up 7mmag

I beleive its .8km either side of the main road! I would assume to stay back of the park as there is a small community there as well..

Yes the park is open to hunting, 400 meters off the park road that folows the lake. It's just closed in the campground and the eco reserve.
