the one in the swamp is 54 3/4 inches..he was on the road and i was flying full boar back to camp to get supplies for one my dad had shot earlier.and it stepped out in front of me 30 yards away.i skidded to a stop and the moose was so close and rattled he didnt no wich way to go.i finally got loaded ,fired one right in the engine room.he went in the bush and stupid me went in right after him..needless to say ,big mistake.he kept laying down and getting up and running in further every time i got close.anyways he found water about a mile in and went into the middle of the swamp and stood there.. one more bullet to the head and it was all over exept the work of getten him outa there..

the moose tree with the 6 sets of antlers has been our antler tree for 20 years..the most weve ever had was 7 sets,,couldnt find that pic though
