Hi Gunner, I thought gpscity or that other gps online vendor in Calgary had some left and were selling then cheaply!
I've had a 60csx for years and it's been great!

I don't like that the no altimeter, no compass version (62) is also missing a micro-SD slot. OTOH 1.7GB is a lot of memory and you can probably fit all of BC into it. Actually, you can fit BC, Yukon, Alberta & Saskatchewan into 1GB.

Gunner, it looks like they have a few 60s on Amazon.com, but they're asking about $300, the same as the base model 62s!?

FWIW, the Garmin GPSMAP 76CX has the same chip set as the 60CX and by all accounts is the equal in performance. The 76CX is currently available at GPSCentral.ca for $189.00. There is also a CSX version.

GPSMAP 76Cx & GPSMAP 60Cx DIFFERENCES
Q: "What are the main differences between the GPSMAP 76Cx and the GPSMAP 60Cx?"
A: "Included data card (the 76Cx includes a 128MB microSD data card, the 60Cx includes a 64MB card); physical size, weight and shape; floatability (the 76Cx will float; the 60Cx will not)."

It's not as purty, but it floats...:-)
