We have just a couple weeks till bear open anyone planning any hunts for bear in April or waiting more for May.

It is only a quick 6 months till the early moose hunt up North. I know I will be making contacts (trying anyways) for places and people to hopefully hunt moose.

Then we have dear and elk in September with a tease of bear. Late September into October Moose again for those who didn't go north.


I am getting excited with all the thoughts of just seeing and meeting new places and friends.

I'm gunna keep trying to get up those logging roads as much as I can while watching the snow melt. It will be my first Bear hunt so I'm learning as I go and know the more time in the field the more I learn :) Can't wait.

I am getting excited for bear, and turkey can't wait....Also excited for ice off also. Been tying a swarm of new flies to try out aswell..

I'm getting pretty stoked to get out. I honestly don't think there will be a lot of blackie action until the end of april around here though. Unless it gets hot and green in a hurry, i'll be out cruising around regardless :)

I have a short hike into a bear den, he is big boar, but am unsure if I plan on a bear hunt this spring

If I was after bear, I would take a quick drive up North Creek and shoot one, the best part would be knowing I was done bear hunting !

I was planning to hunt turkeys... till I got a grizz draw!

I've been practising my turkey calling and can't wait to get out. I'll be going along for the hike with a friend who wants a bear.
