I rediscovered and fell in love with my 28 year-old Bushnell Ensign 7 x 35 binoculars for their early morning capabilities this season, then dropped them on a rock and now they see double.
Who fixes binoculars?

Should be a lifetime warranty with bushnell. Course lifetime means you're covered and it also takes them a lifetime to repair!:???: :???: :???:

The last time I phoned the Bushnell Canada Service Centre the help I got was great. No hastles and quick service, and the lady went out of her way to help. Fred

Chances are, if there is a warranty left, that they will just replace them wiht a newer model.

I sent in an older scope about 5 yrs ago, I recieved a brand new Scopechief in return. Not a bad deal, as the older scope had cost me about $35 and the new one was about$250:grin:

I have an old bushnell banner 3x9x30 that fogs up. I bought it second hand, so no receipt. Will they replace it?

I dont know, I am not Bushnell!!:biggrin:

Mail it to them with a letter of your problem, you dont' have to include a recipt, or tell them it's used.

I had a sports store,just send it in with a note saying what the problem is.Phone first ,that helps too.They will fix it or give you a new one .
