If a farm owner has a MBDP can her permit anyone (with license etc.) to hunt the property or do they have to be included by name on the permit?

The person(s) doing the shooting have to be named on the permit.

Do you know if its as easy as the permit holder calling them up and adding a name or is it a written process?
