Got my first one!!!

Went out Sunday morning for a try at some Snow Geese. I have been watching and somewhat patterning them in the mornings and set up in the perfect spot. No decoys or calls for me, just sat in the right spot and they flew right over my head on their way inland.

Congrats on the snowie! I remember my first. It was on my 15th birthday in Cowichan Bay Estuary, and my dad and I dropped two in two shots... it was incredible! All I did to call them in was make a bunch of squeeling sounds out of the short reed honker call ;)
