I forgot to send the 2011 harvest questionnaire in so I was trying to use the on-line survey but the URL doesn't seem to work. If you can access the survey could you please post the link on this thread? :confused:

Try again. It took a couple times for me before it worked. I think maybe there was a period or something at the end of the address that was not needed.
