I know it's hard to wait but it'll happen. Funny how the rumor mill gets going on the delays. Last one I heard was something to due with tag #"s and the allocations policy. This is not a statement just the last word I heard around the o'l campfire. What's actually happening? Who knows!

So take into consideration that they have been late the last couple years and I would say you should know the results in May

i think it was the 28th last year and the draw was made on the 17th the year before

i talked to them yesterday and was told ,"definatly by the end of the month".
wouldn't you know it,it's a leap year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
