Best time of the season to make a kill.

In the 2011 season what was the species and date of your kills date of your kills were they limited entries open season,size restricted season.Thought it might be interesting to see if theres any patterns.

I got a immy bull with my any bull limited entry on oct 20

I got my bull elk 13 of Oct and the WT buck Nov 14..

We always seem to kill a few deer late september every season, then we play around for about a month checking out old haunts and looking for a big blacky.

September 29 is a good day to kill a moose in the rut where I hunt. When you look at all your past kill dates you can definately see patterns.We plan our trips around these patterns .Like to be in camp for 1 week before and one week after.Halloween for deer around here is good too .

for me, anytime before thanks giving, i like "trophy flavor" mule deer.
