Parents went out, and I was home alone for the evening.. Not what your usual 14 year old would think; they think party, I think BBQ!
Took out two packages of deer chops, got my special seasonings and herbs, turned mr.BBQ on and made some coleslaw while I sizzled and grilled my tender doe meat on the rack of charred metal. I then made myself some home made coleslaw and finished my plate of game to perfection !
The deer was seasoned to perfection and the meat had a crunchy outside and moist tender inside. I think I did pretty good, and no mess too!
What did you have for dinner?

Chicken in mushroom soup sauce, rice and salad. No wild stuff tonight.
I have, however, been plowing through alot of rutty mule deer salami for breakfast and lunches. Enough salt and seasoning and it tastes fantastic!

We had "Venison Swiss Steak" using moose from a slowcooker recipe my wife found in her new cookbook. I made it and it actually tasted pretty good :)

I fried two moose steaks in an old cast iron pan. Had some boiled potatoes too. Misplaced my salt shaker, so I went a little extra on the pepper.

Forty Creek on the rocks for dessert.
