Only being a few months away.....I thought I'd show my Daughter Ashleys 2011 Spring Bear video!!....She wanted one bigger then last season (4ft 8in) so I did my best for her!!....Actually beat her Mom by 5 inches!!.......
Anywho.....here's the story and video from this Spring!!.......
We headed out on a Friday for a family camping weekend, did some fishing.......alot of fishing actually!!....But I told Ashley (oldest daugter) that I would take the 243win along......just in case we got a chance to do a tour for Bears!!.....Well we didn't get to do a Bear tour, but on our way home we kept our eyes peeled for one!! A hour into our drive we see this guy standing in the ditch, he was in no hurry and gave Ashley a perfect broadside shot! One round square through the shoulder and down he went!!.....we had to wash his face pretty good.....he hit the ditch so hard he fell face first into the mud!! He measures 6' 2"!! which is her biggest yet!.....actually it's only her second Bear ever!!!...Anywho...enjoy!!!
