April bear hunting

hey guys,
so I'm planning on going way to fire fighting school at the end of april and I would love to take some bear virgins out to get there first bear. I already have a decent bear on my wall and will not be the shooter. I am looking for a place to take some novice hunters to get there first bear. I have hunted bears for a few years but the place I hunt is normally only good towards the end of the season. I'm looking for somewhere within 5 hours of vancouver, we are more than willing to take care of camp and food with anyone else who can help us.... message me if you can help me get some possible new hunters into hunting. I already have two new waterfowl hunters who are now hooked for life. spreading the addiction.....

Do they have their hunting licence yet?

Even though the season opens in april, normally its pretty early for bears. Unless thiers an early spring. Never hurts to try of course. I know I'm always eager to get out early. I think last year it was the 2nd week of may that I started to see bears in my spots.
