Hey there everyone. Well I haven't even been shooting a bow for a year yet but I want to try out 3d shooting. Anyone know what time I should be there at. ?? Will I just get tossed on a team?? Other then my rain gear my bow and lots of arrows what else should I bring. ?? What else do I need to know? Thanks in advance

I would so love to come to this but Im just not ready yet.. Havent had time to site the rest of my pins since getting the bow.. So Ill probably spend sunday out with my target..

You should get there by about 8:45 or 9. It is a shotgun start at 9:30. I like to get there early and fling some practice arrows at the butts. You will need your bow and some arrows and appropriate footwear. You just sign up on a target and go to it and see who you will be shooting with. If you know someone there you can join their group. Above all else, just have fun!

Seriously, we are all there to have fun. Our general rule is that if you're not comfortable from a particular distance, move closer. You won't be able to win a ribbon, but at least you'll have all your arrows!

Scallywag, you can go up to the Nanaimo fish and Game on Monday and Wednesdays at 6 and shoot in the downstairs basement. There is always someone there to help you. Just ask anyone there.

Ha Ha Beginners Luck!I had a great time thank's to Bill AKA the Hermit!Wow I had no idea what I was missing,definatly addictive!Bill thanks for going to all the trouble setting up your bow for me ect, it is appreciated,thanks I had a great time!Well all I can say is "Hooked"LOL!I had a great day! How did you guys do in the second round?

Oh much better than your first round!!! LOL Actually I did shoot somewhat better but not by too much I think it was around 236 total... still sucked in all.
