You know the routine - you BBQ up some deer burgers, and have one or two left over after you're stuffed.

Reheating them - not nearly as good as they were fresh off the 'Q, but I chow them down anyway.

What's your simple recipe to use up your leftovers?

chop up burger,
mix with left over mash and last nights vegies
add a little salt and pepper.
make into patties
put a nob of butter in a frying pan and bring to heat
put your patties into hot pan and fry for 2 mins each side until lightly browned.

I agree with the last post .
If I don't feel like eating them I can always use them to make friends with my dog , although in all honesty I have never seen leftover deer meat before .

Cold off the plate with a dollop of HP. If they make it through the night, then into the lunch box.

My favorite way to eat any fish or venison leftovers reheat in a double boiler, veggy steamer, what ever you call it. Does not dry anything out. Another tip is add any flavours or spices to water before boiling.

Next time, don't cook all your burgers. Cook only the paddies you will eat that night.
Burgers for lunch the next day.
