Selling Furs/hides??

Just curious, what are the laws regarding selling furs/hides of say wolves, coytoes, lynx, bobcat, etc.? Can anybody who legally takes the game lawfully sell the hides or furs from theses animals or do you require some kind of permit or license? If legal for just anyone, who would they sell to?

Yea, I found it in the regs before I could get back on here, under royalty fees, not the heading I was looking for exactly. Anyways, It also says no royalties are required to be paid when sold to a "licensed fur trader" is the furharvesters and NAFA or trappers considered under this definition? Also, I looked at the sales histories on a couple fur trading websites and they list lynx and lynx cat... would lynx cat actually be bobcat?

When you sell to NAFA or furharvesters the royalties are deducted before you get your check
