In this last pic you can see a huge scar on the side of the deer, not sure what it is from.

I wish those harlequin's where in season! But I would have needed a man in the river down stream with a net.

The Owl was a baby, still covered in down. I was able to walk right up to it and it was not doing well but thought it would be best to let him be.

I was sighting in my friends 300 mag and the two deer walked out 30 yards behind me and started to feed on the hill side without a care in the world

Looks like that doe might have got a swipe from a big cat. She's probably lucky to be alive.
I really like the colour of that one fawn in the last pic. Was it a piebald?

No pics of 200 inchers. The camera isn't normally what I raise when I see a 200 incher during the season. I ate my muley buck tag this year but here's the monster Region 3 whitey I killed this year.

Great pics Steve! Those yellow and red birds on the road are my favourite! I am not much of a birder but do you know what kind they are?

Notice how far back I am behind the buck, and yet, he still looks tiny.

Next year I will beat you again on the smallest buck competition. I know how to find all the tiniest ones. You will never find my gutpiles, they are so small, one magpie lands on them and they are gone. You're gonna have to chase gut pile stains if you want to know where all the good miniature bucks come from.
