This was the best duck ever.
Soak breasts in buttermilk for 24hr
Remove and rinse
Put breasts in slow cooker with lots of garlic diced onion and onion soup mix
Cook for 5-7hrs
Remove and shread/pull apart meat
Put back into slow cooker and mix in bbq sauce (whatever kind you like)
Spoon onto Buns with a little horseradish mayo
Im not a big fan of duck but I'll tell ya I sure the hell am now.
I just did up 29 mallards and vac bagged it in about 4 bun sized pacs. Boil in a bag pulled duck for later. Awesome:-D

I just had pulled duck for the first time on saturday night at Cobre in Gastown... was searching for a recipe... so I'm stealing this one

just had some last night. Put it on buns and melted a little cheeze over top......Awesome dinner

We have done the samething with goose legs. Turned out great.
