Hey Guys,
My wife has some old king size sheets and I was wondering what dimensions to make game bags for moose quarters. I searched the old threads, but I could find no mention of specific dimensions that others have used.
Any help would be appreciated, as we leave in a week.

My wife made some up for me a few years back. Each bag used 2 yards of mat'l folded in half and sewn along the sides. Then a draw string across the top. They could have been a little longer as the elbow/knees still hang out on occasion, but it helps for tying off to the meat pole.

4x6 is ideal...lots of room to tie off...lots left if you want to pull it away from the meat while on the pole [keeps flys off] and you can stuff a whole deer in there to boot!!

4X6 sounds about right - they work like a hot damn. Good luck!
