Beaver Bear road 707

Has anyone been hunting moose up the beaver bear road in 7-07? We're heading up in a few days and will be by cub road (close to eaglet lake). Just wondering about the rut, movement etc..:twisted:

We don't hear much shooting going on around here this season...so things must be a little slow...

You could not have chosen a poorer area this year the pastures are not a good bet. Go up to km. 45 to 55 and hunt the side roads this is far more productive than around eaglet. Or go off hyw. 16 e and hunt the willow gale.
